So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask him.
Matthew 7:11, NLT
So often, fathers shoulder a burden that children won’t understand for a long time. But Dads do it anyway, and with so much love. What a tremendous picture of our Father in heaven – all He does, and so much more.
Especially since it’s Father’s Day, it needs to be said that my dad has been faithfully reading my blog since Day One. He supports me in what I do and believes in me even when I don’t believe in myself. Dad, thank you for your presence in my life and for always working to give me the best. Thank you for teaching me about life, for leading our family, for being willing to make the hard decisions. Thank you for pushing me to chase my dreams.
Thank you, Dad. I couldn’t ask for more. Love you!
And happy blessed Father’s Day to Dads all around.
