Julia Child’s Eggplant Pizzas by Kalyn’s Kitchen
Starting this week with the deliciousness that are eggplant pizzas. These were so fun and easy to make. Extra props because they’re also vegetarian and (relatively) healthy.
I’ve made these several times since that first time and they’re still a hit! Yummy, simple recipes are definitely right up my alley (:
